Mr Tan Teng Boo is the Managing Director of Capital Dynamics group and the Designated Person of icapital.biz Berhad. He was the Vice President (2024-2026 term) of the ICAP Fan Club. Teng Boo holds an Adjunct Professorship and Industry Fellowship at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). His academic credentials include an honours’ degree in Social Sciences majoring in Economics from Sussex University, UK.

Ms Wern Li Morsingh is a practising lawyer at Amin, Wern Li & Associates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from King’s College London. Wern Li served on the Disciplinary Committee Panel of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board (2018–2024) and the board of SMIS Corporation Berhad (2012–2024). Additionally, she serves as the Honorary Secretary of the Southeast Asian Ceramic Society, West Malaysia Chapter.

Ms Che Hui Shan is the Executive Director of Capital Dynamics Sdn Bhd. She was the Vice Secretary (2024–2026 term) of the ICAP Fan Club. Hui Shan graduated from Multimedia University, Malaysia, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), majoring in Banking and Finance.

Ms Han Shee Nee is a real estate agent and the Director of DRE Consultancy with a decade of experience as a financial planner and unit trust agent. She has demonstrated administrative capabilities by serving three terms as Treasurer for a Joint Management Body. Educationally, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Ms Leong Wing Hun is a qualified accountant and a Fellow member of ACCA, as well as a member of MIA and ASEAN CPA. Her professional background includes serving as the Vice President of Finance at GHL Systems Berhad from late 2015 to early 2025. Wing Hun holds an MBA from De Montfort University, UK, along with an ACCA and a Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.

Mr Loh Hang Pai is the Executive Director of United Plantations Berhad. He was the President (2024–2026 term) of the ICAP Fan Club. Hang Pai has held numerous high-level leadership roles in the agricultural sector, including Chairman of the Perak Planters Association and Chairman of the Malaysia Cocoa Growers Council. He is a graduate of Serdang Agricultural College and serves as a Convener for the Malaysian Agricultural Producers Association (MAPA).

Mr Ngu King Hieng is the Managing Director of Solo Timber Sdn Bhd. He has been an active committee member for both the Sarawak Furniture Industry Association and the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers Sarawak since 2025 and 2024, respectively. King Hieng holds an MBA in General Management from Bath University. His foundational education is a chemistry degree from Universiti Malaya.

Mr Khaw Yee Hui serves in the Technical Delivery Management at Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet). He possesses a strong technical foundation, holding a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Lincoln, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA. Beyond his corporate role, Yee Hui is an active community leader, serving as the Secretary of the Lions Club of KL Finnamic (District 308B1 Malaysia).

Mr Khaw Choke Han leads Business Development at Teck Seng Industrial Sdn Bhd. He holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Section at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce Batu Pahat (CCCBP). Choke Han possesses a unique academic profile, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, China.

Mr Tan Bing Yi serves as a Director of Pendulum Malaysia Sdn Bhd. He was a committee member (2024–2026 term) of the ICAP Fan Club. Bing Yi earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from Deakin University, Australia.

Ms Nur Diyana Binti Kamarudin is the Corporate and Communication Manager of Capital Dynamics. She holds an MBA from Putra Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Universiti Malaya.

Mr Loh, an Executive Director of United Plantations Bhd, has been in the plantations industry since 1969. He was actively involved in various activities of the planting associations, having held the position of Chairman, Perak Planters Association, President of United Planting Association of Malaysia and Chairman of Malaysian Cocoa Growers Council. Currently, he is the Chairman of MPOA Security Services Sdn Bhd, a Council Member and President of the Malaysian Agricultural Producers Association (MAPA).

Mr Tan is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for Capital Dynamics. He is also the Designated Person for icapital.biz Berhad.

Mr Chong has 15 years of experiences with in-depth domain knowledge in Digital space, effective in project management, and had successfully implemented various digital banking initiatives in various banking environment. He is currently the Head of Digital Engagement & Connectivity in UOB Malaysia, managing a diverse portfolio which consists of Self-Service Banking, Web Management, Digital Marketing, Event Management, and Planning and Strategic Partnership.

Ms Che is one of the Executive Directors of Capital Dynamics. She joined the company since 2008. She holds the Capital Markets Services Representative License issued by the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

Graduated with Bachelor of Science with Honours (Mathematics with Economics) from University Malaysia Sabah, Ms Teo started her career with Capital Dynamics since 2018 as a Technical/Quantitative Analyst. She holds the Capital Markets Services Representative License issued by the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

Mr Mok works as a Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Construction Field, currently based in Kulim. He is an amateur investor in Bursa Malaysia, with a focus on long-term value investing.

Mr Wong Wai Lim began working in 2008 as an Account & Systems Analyst at an MNC. He later transitioned into roles related to operations and compliance for a UK company and currently serves as an Assurance Manager at a data center company, where his main focus is on ISO certification matters.

Mr Wee is a businessman in florist, plant nursery, and related fields. He has been active in NGOs for 30 years, for example, Board of Directors in Kelantan Chinese Schools and Member of Gabungan Perhimpunan Cina Kelantan.

Mr Teh started his IT business since 2008, specialising in computer storage (hard disk drive, solid state drive, etc) data recovery Services (mydatarecovery.my) with office located in Mid Valley North Tower.

Currently based in Malacca, he has retired from his career in developing, making and marketing pharmaceuticals. He has a foundation in Positive Psychology and was a pharmacist by profession. He co-founded a personal care products OEM. Teaches oil painting occasionally.
